I am Ceri Bruinsma AOR, a Qualified & Experienced Holistic Therapist. I specialise in Reflexology, Gentle Release Therapy & Functional Reflex Therapy. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists & Functional Reflex Therapists network & I am currently the only Gentle Release Therapist in the Liverpool area. I am a qualified tutor trained in supporting learners with SLD's, I deliver workshops for Parents & Carers, Children & Young adults.

Being a mother to two boys both diagnosed with Autism and ADHD and having ADHD myself, my experience with my lovely children largely inspired my original decision to train as a fully qualified Holistic Therapist.

I have a long history of helping other people — and myself

I was at a crossroads in my personal life when I started training in Reiki energy healing. The experience helped me to achieve focus in my life, and my relationship with self-care was born.

After being diagnosed with ADHD and Endometriosis at the age of 39, I realised how muchthe therapies I trained in could help my healing journey.
